Architectural Controls: Permitted uses, restrictions and controls are covered in the Covenants, Article 3.00. An Architectural Control Committee (Article 6.00) is appointed by the Board of Directors to review building plans and enforce these covenants.
All residential lots are for single-family dwellings only. No building, driveway, wall, fence, excavation or other structure or exterior improvement shall be commenced, erected, placed or maintained upon any residential lot until plans and specifications have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee. In general, exterior finishes (including roofs) and all other exterior improvements (including fences) are expected to be earth tone in color.
